This service is often provided at the point of use, with TFC personnel providing on-site customer support for extended periods of time.

Supply Chain Management: With hundreds of suppliers supplying thousands of components TFC are well positioned to provide a full turnkey procurement service using our extensive industry knowledge to minimize costs and material lead times. Ensuring the specified parts or suitable alternatives are available at the best cost, just in time.

Technical Drawing Services

Technical Drawing Services: From the earliest stages of a project TFC can provide a comprehensive drawing service. Working from the simplest of schematics TFC can develop high detailed assembly drawings, complete with first class work instructions and bills of material. All drawings can be supplied in a variety of formats.

Bespoke Testing Solutions

Bespoke Testing Solutions: Every product TFC manufactures is tested to either the customers or TFC’s own robust specifications. We only use the market leading ATE and software. TFC has the capacity to produce complex test jigs and fixtures in-house. We have the ability to test up to 5000V, whilst providing full traceability and test reports for each individual assembly.

On-Site Customer Support

On-Site Customer Support: TFC regularly, by request, have our highly trained personnel providing manufacturing support within our clients R&D and manufacturing operations providing direct support were it is needed and valued. This early supplier involvement is a critical factor to the successful, cost effective delivery of clients projects.
